THE TEAM TO DELIVER 

The team that will manage and deliver the service is brimming with a diversity of their own life experiences, the requisite qualifications and experience in this field and others.

All support workers will already have or will be working towards RFQ/NVQ level 3 in social care.

The day to day management of the support will be performed by level 5 in leadership and management in health and social care.

The structure and use of technology ensure that the focus of the service remains on delivering a high standard of support.

All supported by a variety of consultants and administration management.
