FLEXIBLE TAPERED SUPPORT

Initially all support will be 2 to 1 24/7, until the individual demonstrates that they are ready and able to move forward towards independence.

Once this is demonstrated continually over a period of time the support can be reviewed and reduced. 

If this step is at the planned end of the package, we will support the young person application for social housing.

If no social housing is available it will be possible to remain at the property until other arrangements can be made.
